We (Corbettours) are dedicated taking every effort of making as transparent and simple the process about our terms & conditions on payment, cancellations & refund polices to be understood well by customers. Our transparency guarantees you the peace of mind when booking your safari tours with us, our distinguished clients. These are the guidelines we have in place to safeguard our clients and our own operations from mishap, avoiding a slip up along the way.

Methods and Processes of Payment

Accepted Payment Methods

In order to cater the clients with their every need, we have got multiple payment processes.

  • Credit/Debit Cards: But credit/debit cards are used generally with Visa, MasterCard and several other major payment gateways.
  • Bank Transfers: They accept the method of direct bank transfer on this account.
  • Online Payment Gateways: Secure payment through online trusted gateways like PayPal, Razorpay etc.
  • Cash Payments: Cash Payments – For last second bookings or walkgins..

Payment Confirmation

After the payment, you will get a confirmation by email. You will receive confirmation including your booking details, payment receipt and any other info where necessary about the safari tour.

Payment Deadlines

Bookings are confirmed once payments have been received (within the designated time-frames):

  • For Standard Bookings: Full payment 14 days prior to tour date.
  • For Last-Minute Bookings: you are required at the time of booking to pay for your Stay in full.

Failing to do so may result in your booking being canceled without warning.

Detailed Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by the Client

We know things change and sometimes you need to cancel your booking. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation 30 Days or More Before the Tour Date: A full refund less a 10% admin fee, which is for applicable processing cost required at the time of confirmation..
  • Cancellation 15-29 Days Before the Tour Date: Between 15 – 29 Days Before the Tour Date: you will get a refund of only 50% Of The Total Booking Amount!
  • Cancellation 7-14 Days Before the Tour Date: Cancellation 7-14 Days Before the Day of Tour: A refund will be offered with a deduction of 25% from respective booking amount.
  • Cancellation Less Than 7 Days Before the Tour Date: No Refund

Cancellation by the Company

However, in a few extreme cases (such as bad weather conditions or governmental restrictions), we are entitled to cancel the tour immediately. Where such is the case, clients shall be offered these alternatives:

  • Full Refund: 100% refund of the total booking amount (for Full Refunds only)
  • Reschedule: Rescheduled accommodation tour at no additional cost.

Refund Policy and Procedures

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are in accordance with the cancellation policy stated above The amount of refund will be refunded for the time before tour on which cancellation request is placed.

Refund Processing Time

  • Credit/Debit Card Payments: Refunds will be processed in 07 to 10 business days.
  • Bank Transfers: Your refund should be processed after 20-25 working days.
  • Refund Through Online Payment Gateways: The refund will be processed as per the gateway within 7 to 10 days normally.
  • Cash Payments: 5-7 business days in cash or through bank transfer as per client preference.

Refund Deductions

In cases the refunds are applicable, they can be subject to these following deductions:

  • Administrative Fees: There is a Cancellation Processing fee of 10% deduct from the Refundable amount as an Administrative Fees.
  • Bank Charges: Ledger transaction cost or any other bank-related changes.
